Our story
Raised in our home, loved from day one.
Northern Girl Doxies is a small miniature dachshund breeder based in Ottawa, Ontario. Our puppies grow up around everyday household life, gentle handling and plenty of affection.
Our dogs are part of our family and have room to roam in a safe and loving home. We want every puppy to go to the right family, and we are always here to help our puppy families after they go home.

How do I apply for a puppy?
Complete the application below. We look at every application ourselves so we can make a good match. It is not first come first served.
What comes home with each puppy?
Each puppy goes home with veterinary records, a certificate of wellness, a generous puppy pack, and their first bath.
What training has my puppy started?
Puppies are pee pad trained. We also start crate training and outdoor pee and poop training before they go home.
Where are you located?
We are based in Ottawa, Ontario. For safety and privacy, we share our exact home address only with confirmed families.
Do you offer shipping or travel arrangements?
We can arrange a nearby meet up. Further travel can be arranged at an additional cost that we will tell you about in advance.
